We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays) to ensure a timely delivery.

Please note: shipping time refers to when your order leaves our fulfillment center, while delivery time depends on your location, the shipping carrier, and any applicable local import regulations. NOUKA Jewelry is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 USD within the U.S. and $20 USD for orders shipping to Canada. And good news—orders over $60 ship free, automatically.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
